    BUYSMARTER Partnership: Key role in a $33M transformative HHS initiative employing AI, ML, and automation for smarter contracting, operational efficiency, and cost savings.

    Developed, deployed, and maintained DCIS, an enterprise-wide HHS contract-writing system handling data collection, contract synthesis, and federal reporting.

    Managed a cloud-based system for 3,800+ users across 30 HHS sub-agencies, overseeing network, security (ATO), applications, development, analytics, helpdesk, business intelligence, change management, and customized user controls.

    Innovated a cost-effective system monitoring solution at $60K, replacing an annual $300K COTS tool.

    At Navy Cheatham Annex, provide logistics services, warehouse management, process optimization, and Local Asset Management System (LAMS) transactions for eight activities with values ranging from $1.5-$48M, including carrier initial support.

    Optimized NAVSUP Mechanicsburg ERP system, eliminating redundant systems, saving costs and streamlining acquisition data-gathering processes.
